A few years ago I participated in a group of people who all shared a common goal. We were all self-employed, contractors (ranging from construction, chiropractor, lawyer services) and wanted to get our small business going. We met once a week (early morning coffee) and talked about anything and shared possible leads for clients. I found it very beneficial, this was my community of practice.
